Definitely a 25mb/s or faster. I am using a a PNY 32 GB 35Mb/s and it works perfect.

It is recommended that you use a class 10 SDHC card - 16 MB minimum
Transcend 32 GB Class 10 SDHC Flash Memory Card (TS32GSDHC10E) $23.49

You need the class 10 (fastest) card as your camera will not properly record video and the fast read capability of class 10 is desirable for action shots where you are firing many frames in succession in order to write to the disk..
