I have looked at the knob again and the number does look like 5D02, so I have revised the review.
with much use. We had these less than 6 months when the replacement knobs broke. Only the two original ones that came with the stove are still in working condition.
Bottom line: They're knobs. They fit. They work. We're happy. We'd be even happier if they didn't cost so much, considering how cheaply made they are (which is why we had to replace the original ones in the first place). But the appliance repair guy quoted us $80 to replace the knobs -- we'd brought him in to fix our washer/dryer -- so we feel like we saved a bunch of money by ordering them through Amazon.
Hmm, think I'll go cook a four-burner meal. Just because I can.
This one lasted less than 4 months with only moderate use.
It looks very nice, maybe if you need to replace your knobs to sell your house this is a good option, otherwise they are junk.
These fail when the plastic collar holding the metal insert crack even with normal use.
We've been in our house for six years and we've had to replace if not one or all four at the same time at least once a year. They just keep breaking... So no, a knob is not just a knob!
The knobs are pretty, the finish holds up well, seem to be scratch resistant and are easy to turn and use. That is until they break. Thankfully we'll be replacing the stove soon and believe me when I tell you that the type of knobs the new stove uses will make or break the deal. No pun intended...

The knobs break very easily. I called Jenn-Air to ask if they could suggest another kind of knob and they had zilch to say. Read morePublished 4 months ago by NPR
