Mine came with both ovens running 15° to 20° hot, requiring a service call to adjust them. The lower oven still runs about 10° too hot. The fan is loud and sometimes emits a loud buzz, even when cooling down after turning the unit off. Unfortunately this never happens when the service guy is present. The front glass on the doors is not sealed against drips, but it's not removable to clean, so if you get a drip or something down the inside of the glass, it's there for good. The heating on/off cycle has too wide a temperature swing; if you're baking something that isn't in the oven long enough to go through several cycles, it comes out burnt or underdone depending on where the cycle was when you put it in. On the cleaning cycle, both doors lock even if you're only cleaning one oven. And the top rack shelf setting is too high to use with the included broiler, while the next rack below it is too low.

My biggest peeve is the stupid timer controls. Four keys: Plus and minus for Hours, and plus and minus for Minutes. So to set the timer for 30 minutes you have to press the same key THIRTY FREAKING TIMES. And if you press the Hours plus once and then Minutes minus once, do you have 59 minutes? No, you have 1:59. It's the dumbest control design I've seen in a long time and it bothers me every time I use it.

Does it cook food? Yes, so it gets one star above minimum for that. But not particularly efficiently or consistently. If I had two grand sitting around to buy something better, this thing would be on Craigslist in a heartbeat.
