***I received this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review, however I had all ready had it pre-purchased on Kindle. This is my honest opinion**
Elvis is the Second Chance Cat who has chosen North Harbor, Maine as his new home and Sarah Grayson as his new human companion. Sarah owns the Second Chance, a re-purpose shop. Sarah and Elvis have a closely knit circle of friends who are more like family. Sarah's older friends, Rose, Elizabeth, Charlotte and Mr P have formed a detective agency that the senior citizens call Charlie's Angels, after Charlotte. Sarah has repeatedly told them she won't help they with their investigations, but always seems to be drawn into the intrigue.
Sarah has been employed to clear Edison Hall's home after his death and once she enters the home she begins to wonder if she may have taken on more than she knew. Edison Hall was a collector of many things and has the home stuffed to the rafters. The morning she and Mac are set to start the job, Elvis finds the body of a wine expert employed to evaluate the collection, or more accurately, the lack of collection. Edison had been scammed, the inheritance his son was counting on to provide a surgery needed by his wife won't happen without the money the collection was supposed to bring.
The Angels are on the case and nothing Sarah can say will stop the investigation. Elvis is helping by finding clues and leading them to bad guys.
