You can use white chocolate chunks in any recipe calling for white chocolate, including candy, fondue, cookies, frosting, dessert bars, icings, and more. No matter how you use Barry Callebaut White Chocolate Chunks, youll love the smooth and creamy result. How do you melt white chocolate chunks? Melting white chocolate is a little different than chocolate because it has a lower burning point. But, dont worry. Just follow these tips for success.
