About the Author

By day Ann Grech lives in the corporate world and can be found sitting behind a desk typing away at reports and papers or lecturing to a room full of students. With her quirky glasses and shiny leather briefcase, she has the librarian look nailed. All laced up tight in her pencil skirts and killer heels, her students can only fantasise about what she gets up to in her spare time. If only they could see those tattoos! Oh, and those notepads of story ideas tucked away in odd places that would be sure to have them fanning themselves! By night she’s a wife and mum and a purveyor of saucy stories that are filled with lust, raunchy scenes and ultimately love. Ann’s an avid reader of anything sexy and firmly believes in the motto ‘leave mummy alone, she’s reading or writing.’ Because of that, she is pretty hopeless when it comes to getting dinner on the table on time or cleaning the house. She also publishes her raunchier short stories under her pen name, Olive Hiscock. Ann loves chatting to people online, so if you’d like to keep up with what she’s up to: Like her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ann-Grech/458420227655212 Follow her on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ann.grech.9 Visit her online: www.anngrech.com Sign up for Ann’s newsletter: http://anngrech.com/contact-ann/ Olive Hiscock’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/OliveHiscockErotica

Look, here's the thing--I liked the story, I liked the relationship between the MCs--but what I didn't like was the ending (soooo contrived--obvious that it was split up and finished before the "coming soon" second volume). I don't like when a book ends 85% from the end with chapters from other books, either. That's what samples and the look inside feature is for. I was wondering why there was no page count, and now I know. I guess I'll be waiting a long time until all the books are out, and then I can pretend I'm reading a regular book.

The book had 191 pages or 2103 locations on my kindle. The book was about 2 men, Reef and Ford. Ford was a 33 year old straight man, who avoided commitments. Reef was a 25 year old straight man, who wanted to find a nice girl and have a family. The 2 men become stranded after a severe snowstorm, and end of saving each others lives and bonding. The book contained rimming, some heated kisses, sex play, smoking hot intense oral sex and anal sex, which I loved. The characters were ok. I did not like the fact, that after only spending one day together, the straight men, were instantly lusting after each other. The deep need and feelings happened too quickly for my tastes. The book kind of ended on a cliffhanger. There is a 2nd book, "White Noise" which is available, but I will not be reading it.

Totally fantastic read! I loved the writing style, the proofing was impeccable, and the characters! OMG! Reef & Ford were so good together! The only issue for me was the time jumps that happened from one paragraph to the next. It threw me off a little, but not enough that I didn't enjoy the heck out of it! Great book! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this book and getting to know Reef & Ford. I thought their story was well written and will definitely read the next book.

But, if it matters to you, this is just part 1 in their story. I don't like cliffhangers and avoid reading them until all parts are released so shame on me for not looking at it further before I started to read. And it's probably considered HFN, not a cliffhanger but you get the point. And the book stops at 82%. The rest of the book is previews & beginning chapters of other books. Do other people read those because I just skip them completely.

Reef is a vacationing pro-snowboarder who longs for a real relationship, but has been hurt in the past. Ford is a mountain rescuer who does not believe in commitment and does not do repeats. These two strong men find themselves on a snowy mountain in a perilous situation.

Some high adrenaline events lead to danger, suspense, and some surprising reactions for these two straight men. They have to deal with their unexpected attraction, foreign feelings, outside perceptions, and the fact that their lives are completely in different places.

This is a double-gay-for-you story of two men with an intense, unstoppable connection forged in dangerous circumstances. But then they had to navigate what it means. I liked both of the male leads and could feel their confusion, fears, and insecurities.

It has a resolved enough ending to leave you satisfied, but there be will be enough book called Whitewash continuing their story.

Wow, what a fantastic book about an American snowboarder and a British ski-rescuer. Reef Reid takes a break from his pro snowboard season and decides to head out for a much needed vacation. Ironically, he winds up in a beautiful New Zealand ski resort by mistake, instead of a warm Caribbean island. Siding with fate, he decides to enjoy the beautiful country and heads out on a heli-drop with the resort's rescue worker, Ford Wallace. An avalanche strands the two in a ranger's cabin for four days. A lot can happen when you spend your time holed up with someone. Someone who is easy to talk to about anything and everything, and so physically attractive that red, no, make that rainbow flags, are waving all over the place.
Reef and Ford are perfect together. The name teasing and banter between them is sweet and tender. They handle their new-found , yet confusing feelings almost drama-free. Physically, they crave each other so desperately, that when it happens? Well damn, they're absolutely scorching hot between the sheets.
This book is so well written with colorful, descriptive images that lend a perfect painting for my minds eye. Each chapter flows into the next with ease. My only problem is, I wish the story was longer—I want more of Reef and Ford's journey. I'll eagerly be awaiting the release of their next book. Fabulous job by Ann Grech. I highly recommend this one :)
