About the Author
Elise Museles is an attorney turned eating psychology and nutrition expert and the voice behind the insightful blog Kale & Chocolate. A writer, teacher, speaker, and healthy lifestyle advocate, Elise helps people create a positive relationship with food and their body. She receives an annual grant to lead workshops at the National Institutes of Health, and is an active member on the Environmental Working Group Board of Directors, one of America’s leading health and wellness organizations.
