It is just a book of slow cooker recipes that uses "whole foods". If that's what you are looking for then this will work out just fine although its very similar to ideas you can get from a quick Google search. I have made one recipe that my family liked (but I wasn't thrilled about). I was going to return it but I only paid $10 for it and it would cost $5 for shipping.
I bought it at the same time as I bought a real Whole30 book and the difference is remarkable. I can't remember ever buying a cook book before with zero pictures like the 30 Day Whole Food Book. The content is 'thin', the quality of the book itself poor and it's way over priced for what it offers.
The reason we sometimes buy cookbooks rather than just downloading recipes is because it's sometimes nice to browse a recipe book and look at the pictures. With this book you may as well just stick to downloading and filing sheets of paper.
