Included are
- A plethora of fun and easy games that use commonly found materials, which can be played and enjoyed with an inclusive population so everyone is included in the fun.
- Multi-sensory games that stimulate brain development and foster the integration of the senses by enhancing motor, social, language, and cognitive skills.

I found it very useful. It has activities for the toddler, the three year old and the almost 5 year old. The activities are doable and fun.
After checking it out for the third time, I decided that it was worthy of being added to my collection. I try to find books that will facilitate development, not just fill up time. I have purchased books in the past that didn't live up to their promises but this one certainly has. I would recommend it to moms, grandmas or anyone who enjoys quality play time with young children.
The explanations it provides to help the care-giver understand the benefits of these activities was very helpful.
