good recipe book if you are committed to start eating real (unprocessed) food. The book offers easy meal planning and preparation, which is essential when you are avoiding processed foods. I like that the author is knowledgeable in importance of cultured foods and essential nourishment from real foods and organic hormone free meats, long abandoned bc of perceptions that all fat is "bad", when in fact it's the opposite, and lack of it has made us deficient in many nutrients and minerals which is the cause of low immune response, etc. I enjoyed the simple format, love books with substance.
This is a wonderful ebook for anyone who wants to transform their diet toward more real and nourishing foods, or is already there and wants to simplify their cooking. From breakfast through threats, Cat has recipes to follow your day, all set up to go in one bag in your freezer, ready to defrost and cook in a few hours. They're all easy to cook up and full of flavor. The smoothie recipes alone are worth owning the book, in my opinion.
