No more anemia, better periods and no more gray hair!

This product is amazing! I suffer from iron deficiency anemia and this has been a huge help. After taking 1 TBS each morning for about a month now, I no longer have have dizzy spells or shortness of breath and my hemoglobin levels are way up. I also give it to my daughter for menstrual cramps and 2-3 TBS gets rid of them all day! I was also seeing blood clots during my period but this month not only were my cramps much lighter, I had no clots. The best "side effect" of all, it has literally turned my gray hair back to black! I didn't expect this and was so amazed. I googled this and see that this has happened to many others using this product. I'm 38 and my hair was graying rapidly since last year and I was contemplating whether or not I should dye it because I've never dyed my hair and don't like the look of dyed black hair. Well, now I don't have to! I will purchase this product again and again.

Love this product. But here's why i only gave it four stars. If you use this. At some point the top is going to get clogged with syrup residue and once you put that top back on, your gonna have a fight trying to get it back off. When you try to clean off the syrup residue, it makes it worse and annoying.

(The company needs to pay close attention to what I'm about to say next)

I figured out a much better way to use this daily. I switched out the top and added a squeeze bottle top. Now I don't have to worry about removing the top anymore. And there's no more syrup residue left.

I used a squeeze top from Nature Nates Raw and unfiltered honey bottle. Fit perfectly.

Something was so off about the taste of this product compared to the bottles I get instore from the same brand. I decided to throw it out and when I purchased several bottles from a local shop the taste was much better. I use this daily to help with iron levels and it really helps. I prefer the Wholesome brands but was really disappointed in the quality when purchased from Amazon. I will continue to purchase and recommend this brand just not when purchasing from Amazon.

Great taste! Be cautious of bottle

Caution! When the molasses arrive, go ahead and put them away. When my bottle arrived, i took it out of the box but left it wrapped in its plastic wrap and went to bed because i got home late. I was going to open it the next morning. In the middle of the night, my husband and I heard a loud pop! My husband got up with his gun looking through out the house and didn't find anything. We went back to bed and woke up hours later. I thought about the molasses and was excited to try them. Well, the pop we heard was the bottle of molasses. There was molasses all inside the plastic wrap and on my table. Not sure why that happened but i poured them into a glass jar. The molasses are delicious! I think that i will go to Whole Foods or where they're sold in stores from now on and purchase the molasses from there :)

Great product but marginal shipping

I use this for sweetener in my coffee and that is all. It adds a nice additional smoothness of texture as well. My only complaint was the shipping. The bottle was just thrown in a very large box with no cushioning, so it rolled around a lot in transit. When I opened the box, the cap had become slightly loose. Since I live near Denver, some of the liquid had oozed through the safety seal from internal pressue and made a sticky mess in the box. I was able to salvage the rest of the bottle, but his should have never happened.

Noticed some improvements already

I have been taking this for about 2-3 weeks, but have already noticed some improvements. I take a tablespoon a day mixed with warm water and then I drink it with a straw. In the short time I have been taking it, I have noticed increased regularity and also a decrease in the duration and severity of menstrual cramps. I haven't been taking it long enough to be able to comment about any decrease in gray hair, but in a few months, I should be able to notice something if it works, because my gray is mostly in one big streak, so it should be easy to notice if it's "moving on out."

Update 3/7/16: Just got a new bottle. No reduction in gray that I can see. I like the product itself, but the bottle that came today was packaged in a plastic bag, and while that was an effort to prevent leakage, the bottle cap was not on tight, so molasses got all in the plastic bag, the box, and on the clean sweater I had just put on after I got home from work.

I always buy Wholesome Black Strap for the higher nutritional IRON content of 20% per 1 Tablespoon serving because I am a "Plant-based" eater and I want to make sure I get my daily Iron. Just by taking the recommended 1 Tablespoon, it helps me stay in the proper range for my daily requirement. I also love to bake Ginger Molasses cookies with it! My order arrived with no issues. No leaking or anything. The product is true to picture and great quality. I have iron deficiency anemia so trying this out per a recommendation. So far so good. It has a different taste than anything I’ve had but it’s very tolerable and I am an extremely picky eater/person so that says alot coming from a girl who usually like 1 outta 50 things she’s tried. Lol! It can get messy so if you have an empty squeeze honey bottle, it will be of much help because the consistency is like honey just a tad thicker in my opinion.

Order arrived exceptionally well packaged in an Amazon box. Quality of the product is highly superior to another brand that I have purchased earlier, through amazon too, and unfortunately I had to throw 6 jars in the bin as a result of the poor quality and no customer service.

Wholesome organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses has a shiny, fresh, and syrupy texture to it.
The taste is delicious. Pours with ease from the bottle.

I tried it directly from the spoon and it does not stick in your throat like the other brand, goes down easily and has a beautiful taste and a fresh aroma to it.
It dilutes properly even in water and could be used in recipes without ruining it.

If you are looking for quality blackstrap molasses look no more this is the product for you.

I highly recommend it!

My molasses arrived promptly, in a plastic bottle rather than a glass jar which seems much more user friendly. I don't have any sticky drips on the container even after several weeks' use. The molasses syrup itself is delicious - sweet, thick, full of goodness and with that slightly bitter tang I somehow associate with all the iron in it, a bit like a good pint of Guinness! I use it to sweeten my superfood smoothies, because it's relatively low glycaemic and it's chock full of minerals and other nutrients. Excellent stuff, will buy again.
