S. Arnold says:
Alan Moore is one of the best writer of comics hands down. Why is he not receiving any credit in the Watchmen's movie titles? I just bought the Watchmen motion comic and his name is nowhere to be found and he was also left off of the V for Vendetta movie credits. Why is DC doing this?

Walter Five says:
WTF are you talking about? Moore had his name *removed* from this film, as well as "V For Vendetta." DC's not doing this. Get a clue. He's not taking a dime for it, either, believe it or not. Go to his website, hear what he has to say. It's not hard. You found your way here, you can find your way there.

Ronald Arana says:
Ya, Alan Moore wants nothing to do with the film. He claims he will never watch it.

A simple "Hey check out his website for more information." would suffice. No need to be an arse just because you're on the interwebs.

Chris Smith says:
ever since his book league of extraordinary gentlemen was made into a movie that took lets say some not so desirable changes (venice has streets now) alan moore denounces any movie made from his books. he can't say whether or not they can be made since dc owns the rights

Derek Otto says:
Moore has held a grudge against DC when they hosed him on some merchandising deals; I believe they were selling some Watchmen stuff and claiming that it was "promotional" items and therefore didn't have to pay Moore according to their agreement that he gets part of all merchandise sales. He now seems them as the devil and won't do anything with them. He can't stop them from making his work into movies; he could take money from them but won't because of the principle of the matter.
