The tapping chapter is personally relatable to me, I use tapping frequently for anxiety. I also use the affirmations. Listen, this stuff works, so buy this book now, everyone can use these tools!!
I was really glad to find the detailed Tapping techniques section. I am interested in learning the technique but don’t feel that I need to read a whole book about it. There was enough information for me to figure out how to do the basics.
The book was in a similar vein to books like those by Brene Brown which I really like. This is a bit more conversational and I felt that I got to know the author In a more personal way
It was an easy read I liked that it has some practical ideas, I plan to work more on my visualizations, I know they work, I just need to DO them.
