Cute illustrations follow this Little Pup as he adventures from place to place, being asked by Grey Bear to do things a pup doesn't want to do. Each time Little Pup gets a little more cranky but is assured its because he is very much loved indeed.
Grey Bear shows us that love isn't all about demands though, as it also extends to having fun with adventures and exploring.
Parents and children both can take away something from this book. It may help a kid to understand that being asked to do as parents ask is because they are cared for. The book may also help to remind parents that love can't all be about nagging.
Why? Because I Love You! is written by Mary Lee.
This book loves a rating of... Four Whys Followed!!
The illustrations tell the story along with the text which could easily fit beginner readers. A great little story that my grandchildren enjoyed reading along with me.
~The Rebecca Review
I wish it was layed out differently for the kindle The text should be added to the picture. With only one page viewed at a time, a text only and picture only page doesn't work. It's hard to keep a little one's attention reading without a visual.
