Your stomach is still full. You had a huge Chinese meal or whatever else you have eaten.
Plenty of food. If it happens to be Chinese, you have been served a huge bowl of white or fried rice.
Starting with egg rolls and the on to Sweet and Sour Shrimp or whatever else you have chosen.
Or, a big steak with baked potato and all the trimmings. Don't forget the hot fudge sundae. You deserve a little treat.
Your stomach is full.
BUT YOUR BODY IS SCREAMING FOR NUTRITION. REAL NUTRITION.
That's why you think you are hungry. You have consumed hundreds of toxins. They are all around us.
In the air we breathe, in the vegetables which have been genetically modified, in the water we drink.
Peter's book is a shock. Be prepared. Starting with the information that a new baby's umbilical cord has 287 toxic chemicals. Just for starters.
These toxins are stored in the body as fat. It is how we protect ourselves. And why diets fail. And why you are not as healthy or vigorous as you think you should be.
It is not too late to change. It starts with a cleansing. And follows with a new way of eating.
Yes, his program has a cost. But look at your bookcase and add up what you have spent on diet books. Probably a lot.
One of the reviews on Peter's book was exciting. A reader wrote on this site -
"I have been using this product for three years. When I started, I was 77 and felt many years beyond that. Now that I am 80, I feel 20 years younger. I have all kinds of energy and am a productive member of society."
Before you count one more calorie or point, read his book.
Your life is precious and you have lots of plans for the rest of it.
by Corinne Edwards, author of A Woman Without A Man
Remember this book, because while Peter might be fighting against the current of low-calorie massive consumerism that has pretty much brainwashed our country into obesity, what he presents here will become common knowledge. How quickly this shift occurs depends on how many of us take the warning seriously and set aside our skepticism to actually try this solution.
As for me, I am eternally grateful that someone cared enough to introduce me to Peter and his message about the dangers of toxins and depleted nutrition, because, not only do I now have the body, energy and vitality I've always wanted, my parents have added years to their life, my athlete husband is no longer in daily pain, and over 200 other friends and family have reduced their need for pharmaceuticals, increased their quality of life, lost visceral fat around their organs and gained tremendous energy.
This is the real deal, and on this Christmas Eve 2012, I just want to thank Peter for being that spark that has created true health for our whole family. That is a gift more precious than any other.
