Having read quite a few 101 books, this one does carry some of the basic information. It also gives you insight and food for thought in a way that most other books don't. It was like sitting down with a friend in a tea shop and having a nice discussion.
I would have given 5 stars, but I felt that it just didn't get down to the heart of it all.
I think that it could have been deeper.
It does give suggestions for more books to help along the journey.
I do plan on taking the suggestions and I will continue to read more of Lisa Chamberlain's books.
Thank you Lisa for taking the time to write your books.
I appreciate all the information that I can get to help me learn about who I really am.
