Wonderfully written story about the innocent but kink-awakened Callie and the wonderfully sexy Woolf. A forbidden fruit kind of romance blossoms between them (Woolf has a hard time evolving innocent teen Callie with the sexually awakened please take me to your sex club Callie) and the hijinks, or high kinks, build from there.
Great book! Definitely pick it up, read it, and keep something cool to drink nearby because it is HOT!
There was a point during the activity when Woolf acted like he was not fully supportive of the action between Bridger and Callie, but the bottom line is : it happened with him right there encouraging it. So, the whole "I feel vulnerable and am not certain I like this" scene just felt contrived.
I would have enjoyed this story a lot more and probably given it 5 stars if the author had written Callie from the strong woman standpoint. "I have had enough of changing for my man. I love this man and if this man wants to be with me, then he is going to stop that orgy crap and be with me and only me. And I have no interest in being with anyone other than my man." It is fine if the author wants to write a menage, but trying to make the menage romantic and meaningful is just weird.
Neither did Callie. For a 29 year old woman who is educated, smart, was supposedly raised right and by loving parents, she seems immature and flighty. She didn't appeal to me either.
Some of the sex scenes are hot but it seems that's all they did. Either that or arguing or ignoring each other. So, as much as I wanted to like this, something was off for me.
