As advertised, it had some stickers and scratches on it, which is fine with me. After using it for a while I did find a couple minor issues with it. In particular, the whammy bar is droopy and slowly rotates out of place when you hold it upright, and one of the buttons stays held down longer than it's supposed to sometimes. I have another one of these guitars in better condition and it doesn't have these problems.
In general, though, this is my favorite guitar for playing games like Rock Band. It works much better than the guitars that come with Rock Band.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

It looked great, however when i let my fiance use it, she had problems with it and complained that it didnt always respond when she hit the notes. when i tried it, it seemed to have a stiff strum bar, but for the most part, it was not what i expected. i can only hope that it is more like a pair of shoes and simply needs to be "broke in". Even tho the guitar looks different than expected, it will be way easier to tell her guitar from mine. We still have fun (even if the guitar affects our game score). Despite what looks like a bad rating for this product, it is something i would recommend to others, and would be happy to purchase again.... no regrets here.

Everything for the guitar was fine except for the fact that the guitar overstrums, inputting more notes in game than needed. If you are going to sell a guitar, please make sure EVERYTHING works. It's important. I spent 80 dollars to basically get a broken guitar.

Shipped almost immediately after I ordered it and it arrived within a few days. It was wrapped up well in a lot of newspaper so it wouldn’t be damaged. I hooked it up to my raphnet adapter and it works perfectly fine on clone hero. The strum bar is perfect, doesn’t overstrum, and the buttons all work fine. It’s basically a new guitar but it had a little sticker residue on the front.

We got Rock Band 2 for Christmas and I wanted to take advantage of the games two guitar capabilities. I purchased this stand alone guitar based on several websites information that it would work with Rock Band 2. It does. We have had several successful jam sessions.
The only downside is the strum bar is loud. If you are playing by yourself, with the volume low, or with headphones on, the clicking can be a bit distracting to you or those in the room. The Rock Band 2 guitar has a quiet strum bar.

In great conditions. The whammy bar works but it's totally lose so it falls down (but doesn't deattach) constantly. Apart from that, it works perfectly

Once I actually received a functional product, I loved it! Unfortunately, it took a couple tries, so I am unsure how durable the product itself is.

Guitar was dysfunctional (worked mostly but the slider bar would activate at random times when not using it) but when I returned it and my refund was delayed seller gave me more refund than what I payed for the product.
