The last person to go grocery shopping bought full-fat vanilla yogurt. Damn, it was tasty. Next time the grocery shopper got the correct yogurt - fat-free Greek yogurt. Good, but just not the same. It's missing that vanilla flavor which you really can't get with extract.
But you can get it with this vanilla powder - it smells heavenly. And tastes that way, too.
Put just a little bit of this in your yogurt with some Splenda and you have one fantastic treat. Try it in your tea, or hot chocolate, or coffee. Or in the milk for your cereal. Or mix it into your yogurt with blueberries, Splenda, maybe a little cinnamon. I find myself taking it with me to see if I can find more ways to use it. Best of all - no calories!

I eat Keto and this powder is a great addition to my chaffles. I blend cream cheese and egg and make chaffles in a mini waffle maker for dessert and adding this vanilla powder adds a taste of vanilla, a little more for more flavor and a little less for less. It is nice to know that this vanilla is organic and natural with no additives and it is worth the money spent. I think a lot of the negative reviews are expecting something sweet and are disappointed by the taste and the fact that real vanilla is not soluble in liquid, which is why you see brown spots for example in real vanilla ice cream. I highly recommend you give this product a try if your goal is to eat for health and taste.

I checked the ingredients and there's nothing in it but pure ground vanilla bean. It's very dark brown and has a rich vanilla scent when you open the glass jar. I love it!!! I am drinking a latte I just made with it, and it is soooo delicious.

I only use this if I'm blending or mixing so it breaks up and gets distributed in the shake, or batter. It's a bit clumpy, but that's what I expected since that is what you get when you scrape the inside of the vanilla bean pod. Just trying to describe so you see it is not like a free flowing powder. It is the real thing and smells and tastes great. Have used in ice cream, pancakes, cakes and smoothies so far and love the depth of vanilla flavor it adds.
