I just added this book to my list for checking for future books by the artist.
This artist is very good with perspective and the pictures are a joy to colour. This is a fun book just to look through, as you notice some little detail you didn't notice before every time you do. This would make a wonderful gift for the person who loves to colour, or just a great addition to your colouring book collection. I look forward to further books from this artist.
Just a few days ago we watched a special on coywolf and coyote in cities so it was interesting that the Eastern Coyote was one of the animals included in this book showing the wildlife in the New York City area. I love the illustrations and enjoyed reading about all the animals and where each illustrations was drawn in the five-boroughs of New York. I have new colored pencils and a set of marker pens with forty colors that I started using with one of my granddaughters on her last visit yesterday. We enjoyed working together on two of the pictures on opposite pages while we talked and shared the latest with our family and lots of laughs.
