Instead of cursing the situation, or tossing my club, I laughed at my lack of foresight and set about saving par. I promised to maintain my composure, visualize each shot and complete the round with my integrity in tact. The round was a turning point. Not for the score I posted, but for the way I was able to maintain my physical, mental and emotional balance.
I was encouraged and incorporated more yoga postures and breath work into my game. The process of creating the Will of Golf program required two years and includes visualization and manifesting techniques learned from my friend and teacher Frank Natale.
