From the Author
Focused on his futureas an entrepreneur discovering he had a gift for healing was the last thing onRobert P. Denton's mind. His attitude to the healing was very laid back, his only real thoughts about it were, well, if it works why not.
Each healing sessionwas usually just a few minutes although the conversation before and afteramounted to about thirty minutes. Even after many years of helping peopleRobert's attitude was just as low key even though the numbers visiting him weregrowing.
In the beginning he said nothing to his patients although he really did notbelieve he was healing anyone. That left only one person who was doing thehealing and that was the patient's own innate healing system. If that was thecase what was he doing that activated a healing system that had allowed theperson to get so sick the official medical industry had run out of answers.
For this reason Denton'spatients were always looking for a last desperate chance of healing. There wereof course the cases where the healing did not work. This was perhaps whatkicked off his personal enquiry as to how and why the healing worked for somespectacularly well and not so for others suffering from the same condition. After more than thirty years of studying and analysing individual cases alonside new medical research, Robert cameto the conclusion that his patients really were healing themselves. It was the medical awareness that made so much difference so then hewas beginning to understand how that happened and why.
Activating that processproved to be extremely subtle. The defining key turned out to be the art ofbeing at service without interfering. That is to say, he was not a doctor and did not pretend he had the remotest idea how to heal anyone and therefore stayed well clear of begining to have any idea what he could do for his patients. In this way he was supporting the patient'sinnate healing system to reactivate whatever had become stuck, which was the only intelligence that knew exactly whatthe real problem was and how to fix it.
