William Trion Patterson Jr was born Feb 19th in Atlanta Georgia, known as "Bill" to all his friends, is a rare true Atlantan since he was born at Crawford Long Hospital and grew up on 14th Street near Georgia Tech where he attended O'Keefe High School and Georgia State University. He has been married since October 22, 1977 to Carol Helms Patterson, RN of Lithonia Georgia.
His first published book for the Kindle is Volume 1 called "Poems For A Grieving Heart". The first volume is part of three planned volumes and is made up of poems and prose that he wrote that has helped him through the loss of his only son, Christopher Lee Patterson. Who died after an automobile accident on December 22, 1999. Then later on July 22, 2004 the loss of his father and then his mother on November 20, 2006. Bill lost one of his best friends on October 18, 2010, he was only 60 years old.
He also was diagnosed on October 22, 2010 with Myasthenia Gravis and for over 6 months prior to that time he had lost most of his voice and so he decided that he needed to start planning a way to earn a living if his voice did not return. Later in January 2013 his diagnosis was changed to Parkinson Disease.
So he turned to publishing his poems and is writing his first sales book, soon to be published on Amazon as well. The book "The Will To Succeed: 10 Motivational Principals For Success In Business " was just published on May 19, 2016. The book became an Amazon Kindle Best Seller for Business and Investing and Education and Training.
