I bought this book to learn about roasting and start using the oven. I've been very impressed by it. So far I've cooked 2 lamb recipes and 4 vegetable recipes and they have all turned out wonderful. I have seved the leg of lamb to friends and family and they have all loved it. I find the instructions easy to follow and the pictures great.

This is a high quality hard cover book. It is not, however, a very useful cookbook. The recipes often call for uncommon ingredients or are too "gourmet" for the real world. It would make an impressive coffee table decoration but that's about it. I returned it.
