One flaw is that the knob that controls the tilt-angle is almost impossible to loosen / tighten once the TV is mounted. So I suggest you pick your angle in advance, and plan to live with it. Unless your fingers are long and thin (think "E.T."), you won't have much luck gripping and turning this thing once the TV is attached.
Also, attaching the TV to the bracket became a 3-person job since it can only be done after the bracket is mounted to the wall. My wife and daughter had to hold the TV up to the bracket while I fitted and tightened the screws. Not a huge deal, but something to plan for.
Other than these relatively minor mounting challenges, we're very happy with the finished product.
It DOES hold the TV well enough, but it's a little tricky to adjust the tilt, and it seems a bit flimsy, but my other wall mount is a HUGE contraption I could hang a big 200 lb. monitor from! Don't want to move that and have six huge holes in the wall.
I say flimsy as the TV seems to be too easy to rotate if I move it, and seems not solid enough, but it weighs 38 lbs. and the limit on this was listed at 65 lbs., so I hung the TV. It IS much smaller a mount, only needing three screws into a wall stud, and it does allow for easy rear access. Will update if it shows any sign of not holding up. I would normally have bought something a bit more sturdy, but we had this and so far it's working good enough.
EDIT: 11/25/16: We have had this up for a few weeks now and it does work great for the 55.in. TCL Roku TV, but the TV is less than 40.lbs. We are replacing this TV on the wall with a 65.in. one that is 66 lbs, we will replace the mount as this one really is much better suited for smaller monitors. Wile I do HIGHLY recommend this for about 44.in or less or under 45.lbs, (it will soon hold a computer monitor) it WOULD NOT be recommended for anything larger. As it is, the 55.in. up there now does hang there fairly well, it's a little scary to move the TV. Make sure you get that mount pretty close to dead center on a stud! Anything as big as we have on it now might just tear off the wall! ;-)
Once mounted, the arm is solid, with no give or bounce. Tilting the monitor/TV up or down is somewhat difficult, but doable. Overall, a decent, no-frills mount.
If you are strong and dexterous enough to hold the tv and balance it while putting the bolt in be very careful. You get what you pay for. The reason why mounting solutions are expensive is because of thought, construction and convenience of the design.
