Stimulate Nipple Stimulate your nipple so it perks up.	Use Ruler or a Measuring App Place the bottom of the nipple to rest perpendicular to the measuring device.	Measure Nipple Line up with the outer edge of your nipple, where it meets the areola.	Determine your size Willow recommends you select a flange that is 2-4mm larger than your nipple measurement. Use size chart for guidance on proper size for best fit.

What sizes are available?

Willow offers Flanges and Milk Containers in size 21mm, 24mm & 27mm. 11mm -17mm nipple size, we recommend the Willow Inserts with the 24mm Flange or Milk Container for the best pumping experience.

Do I need a special bra for Willow?

We recommend wearing Willow with a full-coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid underwire and padded bras.

Does Willow work with larger breast sizes?

Yes. Willow was designed to work with larger breast sizes including G and H bra cups.

Can I return Willow if it doesn’t work for me?

Breast pumps and accessories are regulated as single-user product and cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken. Way over rated. I have a spectra pump but wanted something portable as well. So I never intended it to be my main pump. Good thing bc the pump is super inefficient. Has lots of “error messages” if not positioned perfectly. More errors messages if the pump bag is touching anything (it’s too big for the pump, in my opinion). Max of 4 ounces at a time isn’t working for me either. However sometimes it only pumps 0.3 ounces (not 3 ounces but 0.3 ounces) and I have to use my spectra to pump 5 ounces from the same breast. ZERO return policy for a $500 pump is insane. Don’t buy it.

This pump, even on the lowest setting has torn my nipples. I have experienced an extreme loss of milk production due to being unable to pump like I need to. This is ridiculous. I paid almost $600 for this system. I knew I should have stuck with my elvie but willow 3.0 claimed to have upgraded and changed the unpleasant experience of the extreme suction. My 3 week old is rejecting her formula and I am unable to breastfeed. I reached out to the seller and without even asking the reason for a return, they just denied it and said they don’t accept returns on an open box.. crappy seller, crappy customer service and a crappy product. I knew I should have stuck with the elvie.

There are reasons for expressing low milk

Highly recommend if you are busy at work and you have more than 1 child.

This pump is completely wire free. They are perfect for my job (teacher) and chasing after 3 years old and taking care of an infant. I can hold my child while pumping.
Suction is more gentle than Medela pump. I usually set level 2.

This pumps definitely have learning curbs.

Lower output- usually from the wrong size. I bought 24mm and they were too big. My output was so low. I got maymum inserts and fixed the problem.
For some reason if I tilt the pump towards to my armpit, more outcome of milk ( lots of willow users said it, too)

Cannot get out Stimulation mode- make sure your pump is firmly pressed on your chest. Maybe use different bra.

I recommend to join the Facebook willow pump user page. You can ask questions and real users will help you out.

Pros:
•able to move around. Able to hold baby.
•able to lay down if you use disposal bags
• quiet. My coworkers do not notice that I’m pumping
•less parts to wash than Elvie pump

Cons:
• breasts look abnormally big ( I’m 36D. so wear the loose shirt)
• containers and bags only hold 3.5-4 oz. ( have extra containers and bags to switch)
• the box comes with only one charger

When this pump works, it is great. Sadly it only works 50% if the time. The other 50% of the time, you will (1) fight endless error messages that impair your use of the pump because they are blatantly inaccurate and therefore unsurmountable because you cannot correct the issue the pump says it’s having because that wasn’t the issue in the first place, (2) tear your hair out trying to get it to latch on a very full boob only to realize it cannot latch on a very full boob, (3) not be able to empty your boobs because the sensors say the container is full well before it actually is, stopping the pump prematurely - and when you try to restart you end up with issue #1 again. So unreliable that I end up using my spectra S2 most of the time instead

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I was so excited to get the willow, I’m exclusively pumping and wanted a hands free pump... well it’s too good to be true. 1. SO many problems, the right pump had so many technical difficulties and keeps disconnecting from the app so I have no idea how much im pumping - at $500 this should NOT happen! 2. Customer service are TERRIBLE, the first time I contacted them took almost 5 days to reply and they just have a cut and paste support and it DOESNT help. 3. There is NO way you could wear these pumps actually under clothes, they are huge. So I spend all day just in a bra with my dress pulled down and the pumps have stretched my favorite maternity bra. If you ware thinking you can wear these discreetly and pump you will be sorely mistaken, they are also pretty loud. 4. The containers - worked perfect for 2 weeks and now neither work, again a waste of money!
I am beyond disappointed as the most expensive pump on the market. The customer services has been so slow and terrible and the pump has been so terrible I’ve had a dip in milk supply and had to buy another pump and now I’m left this terrible VERY expensive pump that doesn’t work!

Not adding a picture for obvious reasons.

I purchased this Willow Pump and have been using it for around 3 weeks now. This pump DOES serve the purpose of allowing mobility while pumping- however there are a few drawbacks.

First, this pump is terribly painful. There is nothing “gentle” about it. Even when using the right size flange, and ensuring appropriate alignment of “the girls”, it still feels like a hacksaw has gone off in your bra. It is tolerable ONLY on the first two vacuum settings- anything above that and you will end up with cracked nipples that take a week to heal.

Second- the spill proof bags are NOT spill-proof. Milk immediately leaks from the top of the bag where it connects to the flextube. I have tried several different ways to prevent this and end up with the same result. The same happens with the flange- I have managed to save that milk by emptying the containers over a clean dish and then emptying into whatever bottle I am using.

Lastly, this pump is pretty loud for one that is supposed to be quiet and discreet. You can hide it if using a bra plus tank top AND thicker material shirt- but just a pumping bra and shirt does not muddle the sound.

I do overall like this pump and am willing to deal with those few drawbacks to have the ease of mobility- but it could be greatly improved if those few things were dealt with in the next model.
