No bad flavor, easy to use, a little goes along way. Perfect for my Swiss meringue buttercream! Just be sure to add it properly. Also the price was great

I would absolutely recommend this product. I made about 125 cupcakes and a three layer 9” round cake. And I barely used one of these. I added in small amounts to my frosting using a toothpick, and it’s amazing how just a tiny amount really showed. I don’t have photos of the cupcakes, but in photo is the cake I made and I only used a couple small dabs the size of a toothpick and the pink is pretty bright!!
