After I was able to remove the sticker everything worked as was supposed to. The product is cheaply priced and I would say its packing is cheaply made. If you're someone who doesn't like dealing with stickers/labels maybe look elsewhere
It is somewhat on the thin side as far as parchment goes, usually I can get 4-5 uses when we make our daily baguettes, but this one became brittle and discolored with only 1 baking (we bake at 450`). For our familys' needs, it would not be the ideal parchment.
It is however quite nice in that it lays flat straight from the box, and does not curl up ridiculously and become a wrestling match to get it to lie flat. Which can be mitigated by either the scrunch vigorously into a ball and then flatten out or oil/butter on the bottom so that it sticks to the sheet pan tricks, depending on your needs and what you're baking.
All in all it served its purpose of making any pan a non stick surface, it is a decent value for the money and is perfect for cookies, cakes, fish and whatever else you wish to bake at the lower temps.
1 star off for not being as durable or thick as we are used to.
The only non-positive feedback is the box is a little flimsy and I found I wasn't able to tear off a straight sheet of the paper. However, this has nothing to do with the ease of use and the function of the parchment paper which is what my 5 stars are based on.
I love using parchment paper - this one does even a better job of not letting the oil get through to the bottom of the pan. I used to just put my vegetables on the bare baking pans and then dread washing the pans. Then for a while, I used aluminum foil which was expensive and messy. With the discovery of parchment paper a few years ago, I bake a lot more - vegetables, not cookies - and love it.
The price is also great on this set and amount. I'd order again without hesitation. Thanks Wilton!
If your grocery store carries parchment paper, it will probably be cheaper there. Go check there first. Brand probably doesn't matter.
However, if your store is out of parchment paper and you have prime, get this for baking. It is worth it to me to pay the couple extra dollars to have this product in 2 days because it makes a difference in getting food to easily come out of whatever I baked it in without adding extra chemicals/calories from butter or sprays.
