Perfect for cookies, not for cupcakes.

This icing is perfect for decorating cookies, which is what I used it for at Christmas. It's better than the kind in a pouch for that purpose (I bought both kinds). It is NOT ideal for decorating cupcakes; that's what the pouch kind is better for. I tried using this kind to draw a heart on a Valentine's day cupcake and it looked like someone bled all over the cupcake.

My bottle is bad... but it was way too soft to stay on the cookie and that's WITHOUT microwaving. Very disappointed! Cannot be used ...
