I just got into cake decorating, and I was looking for a good tip set to get me started. This set is really wonderful! It provides a great variety of different tips, including the ones that most beginners will use for some easier borders and designs (star, leaf, dot, etc.). I haven’t even used 1/4 of the tips yet. The case is so-so. The lid isn’t that stable and seems like the tabs on the side will eventually break. But I like that there’s room for several other tips and a flower nail. I also like that the lid snaps closed, so I don’t have to worry about it opening and all of the tips coming loose. These tips are high quality and fit any standard coupler. They’re easy to clean. My only complaint is that I wish they’d give you more than one of some of the more popular and frequently used tips, like the star tip or #12. I had to buy extras of each one so I could decorate my cakes with multiple different colors of frosting without switching my tip a billion times.

I’m not much of a baker. I have a lot of fun doing it, but I’m not very good. Instead of buying a few tips here and there, I thought it would be better to get this big set so I have everything I may need and can have fun practicing with different tips. I really like the info graphic with all the tips and what they make, that makes things much easier. The storage case is great, and there a few extra spots for any other tips I may get over the years. They work really well, the tips are metal not cheap plastic. All of them in the case looks very cute and with so many tips you can make just anything you want, making to very versatile. Just make sure to take the time to check that you have all the correct tips.

This set has a large variety of decorating tips. It comes with 2 flower nails, but as you can see, one of the flower nails is broken. It doesn't seem like the nail is attached to the disc very well. I think it was already broken when it was packed in the carrying case. Being as I am not planning on using the flower nails anyway, it's not a big deal to me.

Handy storage compact case
Still trying to work out how to remove the wire support from the closed tips, failed so far, as don’t want to damage them.
I’ve only started baking 2 weeks ago and think cupcake making has become my new hobby, thanks to Wilton and YouTube.
I ordered a cheap, different make first and quickly realised they weren’t great, so rapidly upgraded to these Wilton tips. I’m so pleased with this purchase, so the saying is true, buy cheap, buy twice! These are a bargain price!
Cakes pictured are first attempt, with mistakes, but taste great and work colleagues loved them.
Finding it’s keeping me occupied and unbelievably losing weight making cakes!
