These don't fray and clean easily and then are like new to be used again. It's been so much better using these than having to use others like disposable even if they weren't meant to be. I use these to paint 'sticky' on areas to that will be holding edible decorations such as glitter and to paint edible colors on cookies, chocolates, and other things. I'd definitely buy them again but seemingly won't have to because these are long lasting and still seem new.

Soft and full brushes for luster dust

These brushes are fluffy, soft, and full. I use them to brush on luster dust on my fondant cupcake toppers to give it a nice shimmer. I haven't used the big one yet but I know it will work just as well on bigger surfaces (like cake fondant). Satisfied with this product!

I cheat. I am a botanist, now retired, who works with native plants. For those that do not set seed [that I want for propagation] because their native pollinators are not in my locality, I use my brushes to transfer pollen among the blooms. Yes, the brushes work very well for dusting edible silver and gold powders from Amazon on the chocolates that I enjoy making. The candies, for holidays and special occasions, are beautiful, and could not be dusted so easily without these soft brushes. And I do wash the brushes gently between the garden and the kitchen. It occurs to me that there are other situations for which these very soft brushes might be used, too.
