***Update pan is great for making silver dollar pancakes in the oven. I just used regular pancake mix and baked them for about 9-11 minutes. The first batch turned out a little too puffy because I filled the cavities too high but the kids still ate them! :) The next batch I filled less and they turned out perfect. I always have a problem makeing pancakes in a frying pan because they either over cook or under cook. These came out perfect and they were all the same size and I had a dozen hot pancakes all at the same time! I also tried this with the Wilton cookie pan for pancakes in Christmas shapes. I'm going to make these for Christmas breakfast. :)

This pan is great for making whoopie pies and muffin tops. I have made sweet and savory whoopie pies and my family loved them. Recipes are on the pan and I also bought the whoopie pie book for more ideas. My favorites are the chocolate whoopie pie with marshmallow filling and the jalapeno cornbread whoopie pie with cream cheese filling.

The pan works great. HOWEVER, the pan is actually stamped with a ridge on the top of EACH cavity. Zoom in on the picture. I use the pan mainly for making eggs. This ridge it a total pain in the a** when cleaning. Food gets stuck and requires you to scrub. I then bought the Rachel Ray version and it cleans up much easier. (Zoom in on the photo and you can see NO RIDGE).

I love this pan for pre-making Green Chili Eggs with spinach(similar recipe found at [...] ). I bake my eggs in this pan, then freeze them. They're great for busy mornings. (Microwave for 30 seconds & serve on 1/2 toasted english muffin.) The circle size is perfect for english muffins. I'm buying at least one more, maybe 3 (speed up the baking process). (Recipe works well with muffin tins too!)

Love my Whoopie Pie Pan!! One day, I may actually use it for Whoopie Pies. Until then, it's used for pre-making breakfasts. yay! =)

(re: recipe, try adding bacon or a tbsp of frozen spinach ~ yummy!)

I honestly never intend to make Whoopie Pies with this pan. However I do plan on making all sorts of mini deserts like brownies, bars, and pies. Yesterday I made some Deep Dish S'mores cookies and they turned out wonderful! Honestly I think this pan is great for anyone looking to make flat, slightly thinner deserts or maybe not even deserts? I've seen a lot of people making eggs and other things. Either way, if you're someone who does a LOT of baking, or if you're an experienced baker I would recommend getting at least 2, if not 3 of these pans to just have on hand in case inspiration strikes you.

The only negative I can give these pans in how thin they are. They sit so close to the oven rack that I had a little trouble getting the hot pan out of the oven but that was easily fixed by simply placing it on a cookie sheet. Other than that I have no complaints!

I included a picture of my S'mores cookies just as a reference. The appear much bigger in the picture than they actually are.

I have to cook gluten-free, and one of the problems with gluten-free cookie recipes is the cookies tend to spread too much while baking. The Whoopie pie pan has little cavities to hold the cookies in a nice, compact shape.

I had been looking for one of these pans for a long time... It is perfect for making Hamburger buns, whoopie pies, and muffin tops. I primarily use it for the buns, as it gives a perfect size for our family, and keeps the buns more uniform than just laying on a baking sheet.

I use this pan to make eggs for breakfast sandwiches. Spray with nonstick spray, crack an egg in each cavity, poke with knife so yolk spreads (cooks more evenly that way), sprinkle a little garlic salt, and pop in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Voila! Perfectly shaped and cooked egg patties so you can serve a crowd or freeze for a quick breakfast.
