The Wilton Non-Stick Muffin and Cupcake Pan replaces an old Teflon-coated aluminum thing I've used for decades. The first thing I noticed was the Wilton's weight. This is a solid, serious piece of cookware weighing at least twice that of my bent-up old muffin pan. It just FEELS great handling it.
Next is the rugged, super slick surface. You get your first experience with this surface when you peel off the advertising stickers. Normally you'd have to use a knife or dynamite to get these stickers off, but they peeled right off without tearing.
While you could probably eliminate buttering or spray with the Winton muffin pan when cooking, I still give it a quick mist of Pam so muffins simply fall out. Amazing! I also noticed the muffin cups are a deeper to contain more batter than my old muffin tin.
At the price, I'm giving the Wilton Premium Non-Stick Muffin Pan a big, fat five stars.

Arrived damaged. It doesn't look like it was damaged from shipping and handling but rather, a quality control issue. I would try and super glue it myself but don't want to risk having a super-glued muffin pan in an oven.

My Blueberry muffins turned out perfect, the results were just like the product name claims! Very sturdy. Was in fact a bit heavy for me to lift with one hand with the cooked muffins in there. I used cupcake liners, but for the little browns on top, there was no cleaning required and they were super nonsticky I loved that.
