I purchased this muffin tin because I wanted to start making muffins from the left over protiens from my fruits and vegetables after juicing them. So I hopped on Amazon and I found this beauty. This tin is the perfect size for creating small treats that I can enjoy as a snack or a small meal. I was able to use my muffins tin the day I got it! It was and the coating is non stick. All I had to do was use a small amount of oil before filling the muffins whole with the batter and after baking them, my muffins slipped out of the whole. The tin is light and has a deep industrial texture that makes you feel like you are cooking in a real bakery. I felt confident in using this protect to create a sweet treat for me and my family.
