I bought these pans to fit some non-stick silicone mats I had that are 11.5"x16.5" and the mats do not fit. In particular, it's the fact that the advertised measurements appear to have been made from the top of the pan, but the pan itself contains both a taper and a bevel, lowering the actual baking surface size to something close to 11.1"x16.75", if I'm being generous. This means my mats don't fit, and also means these pans have less than the advertised baking surface area. Two stars because the sheets appear well made, but minus three for not providing accurate measurements on what is a standard way to measure the size of a pan.
Warping on the other hand, yes. They do warp. I have an older one and one I just purchased here. The both do it. I cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and after about 5 minutes I hear the pop, open the door, and they are both twisted a little in the oven. The other thing is they DO stain. The non-stick feature truly is non-stick and I've never had them chip on me.
Cleaning is a snap and if something DOES happen to burn onto them, letting them sit with a little water in the bottom for 10 minutes loosens it right up and it cleans off with a plastic scouring pad. On the staining issue... Well, I've roasted cauliflower with turmeric and I'll never get the yellowing off if the one pan. No matter how hard I scrap, clean, or soak. I was worried about a flavor leaching out but it's all good. Just has a yellow tint to it now.
So unless you're backing a thin layer sheet cake or something that starts our as a liquid I wouldn't worry about the warping too much. That being said, I did have to take off a couple stars because a backing sheet like that shouldn't warp at 350 degrees!
