These cookie cutters work very well. I've been using the smallest star most frequently since I'd like my cookies small and cute. The largest one is about 5 inch between two tips of the star. I think it would be nice to cut bread and ham pieces to make star shaped sandwiches. Will do that if I need. Also, I use the smallest star cutter to cut carrot and potatoes when I make curry or Japanese style bento and they work wonderfully. First I dice carrots into round pieces and then use the star cutter to make stars. Sometimes if the carrots are small, they won't be big enough to make stars. But don't give up, use the star cutter as usual and you'll get flowers since the edges are round instead of sharp stars. :))) How cute is that. Overall, love it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a star shaped cutters.

I love the smaller stars, but it really bugs me that the larger stars are not proportionate to the smaller ones. The larger the star, the more rounded the sides are. Cookies of different sizes don't match, or even look like they were made with cutters from the same set!

Cookie cutters are as expected. The thin edge cuts well against 1/4" cookie dough. The thicker edge is just barely large enough to press easily into the dough. Rolling the dough out a little thinner than usual helps. Just be sure to watch the cooking time.

The cookie cutters are just over 1/4" tall. A little more height might make them sturdier. The mid-weight plastic has some give to it. It take some practice to push the larger stars into the dough evenly. If the cutters go into the dough unevenly, the star pattern can be misshapen. I haven't noticed this to be as much of a problem with the smaller cookie cutters in the set.

This is an inexpensive set of star cookie cutters. Overall, there were no surprises. I don't expect them to last for generations, but for a few years at least.

I ordered these cookie cutters in order to make cookies and rice crispy treats for my daughter's birthday party. They worked perfectly with the cookies. It was great to have cookies in all different size stars too. However, they did not work well with the rice crispy treats. The edges are not profound enough. So, the shape really did not look like a star. I was thankfully able to use metal star cutters to make the rice crispy treats work. I would definitely recommend this product for making cookies though!

These star cookie cutters were used for star patterns for centerpieces. I traced the star patterns onto card stock and then sprayed them with clear glitter. The "shinning" stars were put into a centerpiece for a baby shower with the theme "A Star is Born". I'm looking forward to using them to make cookies.

Bought these to cut cheese into star shapes for our VBS snacks. The cutters themselves are nice and sturdy. They are not very deep, however, so besides a slice of cheese or a very thing layer of anything, you won't have much luck. The edge is also not super sharp. But it worked well for the cheese. Having all the sizes was nice as we got several people working at once with just the one set.

Cutters are just as stated. Nice for cutting out cookies, or other thin dough items. They are not super tall so they wouldn't be able to cut out thick items. I used to cut out some pastry dough into start shapes. Worked well, easy to clean, stacks nice to not take up alot of space.
