Works on cast iron, stainless steel, and non-stick pots and pans. Efficient with omelettes, stews and soups, or sautéing any protein. Flexible enough to get in to most corners or nooks so you don’t waste food. Great first step in cleaning pots and pans because they leave so little behind. Silicone based product so you don’t have to worry about them melting or burning. They don’t cost an arm and a leg, so it’s easy to justify buying two sets. And they’re super easy to clean with dish soap and sponge, though I suppose they’re dishwasher safe as well. Don’t know about microwave or toaster oven safe, really not designed for either of those appliances. Though I think you’d have to be crazy to torture test them in either one. :) I’m on my second or third set, and just replace them as needed. Funny how when family and friends are over one or two of the set just seem to disappear. And I’m not above stealing them back when I’m in their kitchens either. Sort of a friendly Cold War. That’s how you know you have a great product; theft and imitation are very flattering. Cheers.

Arrived as expected and they are performing very well. They are a very soft silicone blade which makes them great for scraping out a bowl. They are almost too soft, but they do work well. The handles are comfortable in the hand and they survive the dishwasher just fine. I am not sure about the heat resistance and am afraid to test it out and cannot comment on the sturdiness until I've given them a more thorough testing.
So far, so good!

I think I have spent my whole life burdened with the world's worst spatulas, because as far as I am concerned, these are miraculous. I've owned these spatulas for two years now. They're in the same wonderful condition they were in when new. I have always hand washed them. . .not because I am so virtuous, but because my dishwasher is crap and I haven't replaced it, so everything gets hand washed. And so by accident, I think I preserved the integrity of the spatulas. They scape cleanly, leave nary a tiny bit behind. I have cooked with them, and they don't melt. Mostly, I just use them to get the very last drop of anything out of whatever vessel I'm attacking. I love them unconditionally.

I'm a serious home baker and professional food blogger, and let me tell you that these are the best spatulas I've ever used! I bought my first set and loved it so much that I bought a second one a year later.

Pros: super easy to use, ergonomic handle, strong enough to stir stiff mixtures but flexible enough to easily scrape mixing bowls and jars perfectly clean. The spoon-shaped spatula in particular is amazing! Folding and stirring ingredients became SO much easier with these. They resist melting, and I've stirred hot mixtures on the stove without issues. The variety of shapes and sizes makes them versatile enough to reach into a tiny can of tomato paste or scrape out a huge mixing bowl with just a few swipes. There's no funky smells from the plastic, and the color of these spatulas is gorgeous!

Cons: they can become stained if they touch strong-colored foods, like tomatoes. This problem can be remedied by promptly rinsing off the spatula after using it. The silicone can absorb a faint aroma from strong flavors such as onions and garlic, so I recommend buying one set for savory dishes and one set for sweet dishes. Just make a mark on the sets so you can tell them apart. Small cuts can happen along the edge of the spatulas if you scrape it across the rough edge of a metal can, but that can be avoided if you're careful.

Notes about Critical Comments

Dishwasher: As with most kitchen utensils, if you want to keep them in top condition, it's best to handwash them rather than running them through the dishwasher. It's inconvenient, but it's true.

Greasy Feel: The silicone does have a somewhat slick feel to it even after a thorough handwashing, but that doesn't bother me. Unfortunately, any plastic or silicone utensil (bowls, cups, etc.) will retain a small amount of grease on the surface, no matter how diligently you wash it.

Mold Concerns: Prevent mold by pulling the heads off the spatula handles when you wash them, and letting them air dry before re-assembling and putting them away. They will only go moldy if you let them stay wet in their assembled state. Trust me--I live in a super hot and humid climate where mold abounds, so if they don't go moldy for me, they shouldn't go moldy for you.

Heads Falling Off: Just make sure the head is on securely before you start mixing. A head has never fallen off for me while mixing. Also, if there's water between the head attachment and the handle, it will be more slick and will encourage the head to come off--another reason to keep that part dry and clean.

In Summary: If you maintain these spatulas properly, they should serve you well for years to come. You'll love how they make your baking and cooking so much easier!

La silicona flexible pero sobre todo suave que sin duda cuidara la vida útil de la batería de cocina profesional kirkland de mi mamá aunque bueno estas miserables se utilizan prácticamente en todo como retirar el contenido que ha quedado en la licuadora, etc. Según el fabricante son resistentes al calor hasta 500 grados fahrenheit equivalente a 260 grados centigrados resistentes a manchas y olores habrá que comprobar pero tampoco se expondrán tanto al calor digo hay que cuidarlas, se pueden colocar en el lavavajillas, el mango o la base plástica translúcida de color azul (cristal) con agujero para colgar. Tardaron un poco en llegar esto por logística de la empresa de mensajería UPS ya que salen de USA / COLOMBIA / MÉXICO. Llegaron en excelente estado. A mi mamá le encantaron además de ser artículos básicos e indispensables para la preparación de alimentos, sin duda muy buena adquisición. El precio justo y muy contento con la compra.

These are good spatulas for what they are. They are much softer.... butter soft silicone... than I expected them to be. If I'd had a chance to purchase in person, I wouldn't have, because butter-soft silicone is not great for scraping bowls of heavy doughs and batters. But, since I did buy them, I'm just working with them until I can find something a bit less soft, perhaps a rubbery one. The scraper heads are also not firmly or permanently attached to the handle sticks. The heads come off easily and have been pulled off when I was working with them scraping my bowls when I make brownies. They're inexpensive though so I guess you get what you pay for.

I use these on a regular basis. My favorite is the largest of the three as it holds it shape better then the other two which are more flexible. The largest one is also handy for scooping up food like a large spoon to transfer food to plates and serving dishes. Downfall is the handles would be susceptible to melting if left to rest on the edge of a hot pan so I am very careful not to do that. I have used these when cooking eggs in a cast iron pan; biscuit batter and cake batter in plastic bowls; soups and sauces in stainless steel pots; and, vegetable stir fries in our deep dish, non-stick electric skillet. The smallest one is handy for scraping the inside of the cups for my blenders when I make smoothies and salad dressings. When I bought mine, I paid approximately $15 (that's including the taxes) for the set of three which I thought was a bit pricey, as my sister-in-law buys these sorts of things on a regular basis and says they only cost her a couple of dollars at the dollar store.
