Wow, what wisdom compiled by a college student! Nihar Suthar offers sound advice for happiness and joy in life in this short, entertaining read. He wrote this book to demonstrate how awesome every day can be for each one of us, regardless of what he calls the terrible trio (mood, attitude and other people).

Suthar provides quotes and anecdotes showing how to adjust our mood, attitude and perception of others so that nothing can bring you down. For instance, he recommends "faking" a good mood - smiling and maintaining a strong posture until it becomes a habit. A fan of Paulo Coelho, I love this quote he includes from him: "You must be the person you have never had the courage to be. Gradually, you will discover that you are that person, but until you can see this clearly, you must pretend and invent."

He also suggests greeting and talking to as many people as you can each day... creating a better mood for you and the people you talk to. Other tried and true measures he suggests are thinking about what you are grateful for as you wake up each morning, and actively choosing to focus on what will brighten your mood.

Once you've made it a habit of being in a good mood, Suthar recommends changing your attitude to change your life... He recommends figuring out "why" you are doing something before you act, because it will help you achieve your goals. He writes that attitude can also be improved by actively seeking fun - making your day into a game, thinking positively, and living it up - taking advantage of all opportunities offered. He also recommends visualizing your perfect future and adjusting your attitude to get you there.

The third concept Suthar covers is changing your perception of others to change your future.

I read a lot of motivational books and most of them are all alike, but not this one. I feel like I'm giving a movie review here, but.... I laughed, I cried, I was genuinely touched. It's a easy read, no fluff or fillers. The stories and examples are short and powerful. If I was the kind of person who taped inspirational quotes around my home, this would be the book I would take them from. This young man has a grasp of happiness like that of a wise elderly guru. I've never read a Kindle book twice, but this one I will probably read multiple times.

I review very few books where I can honestly say that I absolutely adored it. Suthar just GETS it. This book is extremely upbeat and encourages you to live your life to the fullest on a daily basis. I found myself inspired every time I'd open it - like listening to Eye of the Tiger. Seriously. If you're a person who values a positive mental attitude - or more importantly, if you're not - pick this baby up and get your mind where it needs to be for success. This book will lead you to let go of the negative and embrace optimism and success, no matter what other circumstances might get in your way. Truly a 5-star read.

This is a nice collection of stories mixed in with a how-to guide on maximizing one's potential and getting the most out of life. While it leans much on the optimistic side, it is a useful, well-written, and inspiring book that can be applied to all audiences. It provides a nice refresher course on how to stop and smell the roses, recharge, and tackle our problems with certainty and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family, especially those between the ages of 16 and 40.

This is a very motivational book filled with quotes, references and nice stories. One of the stories I loved was the Kobe Bryant's. If you want to live the life you want, you have to stay motivated no matter what and this book is exactly designed for that purpose.
This is also written by someone who is not just talking the talk but walking it. Despite his age, Nihar Suthar has accomplished great things.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to go to the next step.

"Win no matter what" is truly fantastic book. This is a book highly recommended for all ages! I really like the fake smile concept, it always works. I like the content and style of the writer. Some of the stories are very inspiring and motivational.
A great read, and if you are seriously considering change of any kind, or desire to advance this is where you start.

I was given this book as a present to me from my mentor... And, before a year was up, my life changed completely. It takes practice and it takes faith....but, I can tell you it's worth it and it works. Since that time I have recommended it to over 50 people, and I usually include a copy of The Art of Influencing Anyone by Niall Cassidy.....These two books alone will change your life if you understand, practice, and above all believe. Don't just read them once or twice....read them everyday, over and over, pieces at a time, for the rest of your life, and soon you too will be buying them by the case to give to every person you meet. Be prepared for amazing things to happen to you.
