    The Windshield Pro Glass Repair Kit arrived in order. However, I cannot use it because the scratches on the windshield of my car are from the wiper blades and they are circular and extensive but not deep. So this product is totally unsuitable for this type of repair (it would
    make the windshield worse than it is; the scratches are not too visible and they are not deep). I have not used the product.

    I want to return the product. I have sent a first class mail letter to the address listed on
    the order but I have never received a reply. I am still waiting.

    I need a scratch repair kit not a crack repair kit. What i received is a crack or hole repair kit. The decription for this product is misleading.
