(The Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung-Fu System)
“I have practiced the art of Jeet Kune Do for 21 years. Sifu Belonoha and I have spent countless hours talking about kung fu and even more where I watched him teach. I can testify to his depth of knowledge and understanding of the Wing Chun system. The organized structure he uses to teach is the best that I’ve seen and it consistently builds his students’ skills. In every class he applies and teaches the legwork from the plum flower posts. This is truly a hidden treasure in the Wing Chun system and I can’t think of anybody more qualified to bring this topic to you.”
—Hiram Daniel, certified instructor, Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do

Is there even a plum form or are we making it as we go...?
To P85... These diagrams suck and are barely explained ..How un-organized can one be...?
Gave you three because heck nobody's ever seen a plum flower post set up.. let aloane exspain it. ... And you do explain that some what..
3ft sum away from each other...?
It's kind of weird with the form you got a fist here shows you the correct distance...An elbow here shows you the correct distance.. Hand over the toe..Elbow over the knee...
Why isn't there a specific distances?
But its better than nothing...
but dang and no one talks about it about them...?
Maybe because nobody knows about it...?
Just saying seen a lot better organize books over the forms and dummy...
It's a lot better than nothing ... But would like to see a revision on it...
That clarifies better...
