So basically, Ginny and Ryan dated in college, he wanted more and she wasn't ready so they broke up.
Fast forward nearly 7 years and neither has had another committed relationship. Ryan, has become a man-ho. Ginny dates a lot but doesn't seem to sleep around.
This is slightly spoilerish so don't read further if you don't want to know.
Honestly, I was seriously pissed at how Ryan treated her. He basically treated her like a throw away at one point, and instead of being extremely angry, Ginny wallows and blames herself?!
The ending was ok. I do look forward to Carol and Patrick's story.
I was so completely thrilled to receive the second book to this wonderful series, Tea for Two. Written by the amazing author, Noelle Adams. With his exciting most romantic book I have so thoroughly enjoy so far with these most charming loveable female characters who challenge each other with the young men in their lives too. Looking at the young and beautiful Ginny Hart in this book. With a complete love of the other sex . It will certainly a complete adventure for her as well!!
As Ginny Hart sat absolutely exhausted after having worked so occupied and so tired whilst work the Saturday morning shift at her Tea for Two store. She was there with her best closet friends Carol who shared the owning of their beautiful business. Here they were the top sellers of their teas around their business and home in Blacksburg, Virginia. Ginny knew that Saturday mornings were a rush here in the weekend, she just wished it wasn't so.
Their business was a complete success for them both. Everything was just going great. They were welcomed so well in this small town. It simply catered for everyone both the local University members and students and that all the locals and well known too.
Luckily know these two women could rest and recover. When suddenly their friend, Emma Stevenson arrived. She dated Ginny's brother, Noah, from the first book. Emma came inside the shop alone. Whilst completely shocking both Ginny and Carol, that she was finally away from her boyfriend for the fist ever time. They were both so pleased for Emma who found her first true love. Which made them so happy too.
Ginny was thinking both her and Emma where both so similar. They both had older brothers. If Ginny started dated Patrick that would be crazy. Patrick was such a complete computer nerd, that just would never work out. Ginny wasn't interested in any man in her past, yet Carol had only ever dated Ryan Murphy back when they both in University . Whereas Emma still hoped that one day she could get them both boyfriends too.
As Ryan spent the day cleaning his basement getting help with his close friend Patrick. He just didn't want to remove this one book that held the old gorgeous photo of Ginny Hart. They too had dated in University as well, but he still adored seeing this beautiful picture of her even still. He still even loved her now. These guys were even still so close even to this day. Ryan still hoped one day they would soon be back together.
That night these close friends went out to the club together. Both Ginny and Carol looked amazed at Ryan. He was spinning several jokes, not all where so funny even. These two girls were now looking for dates for them self, when Ginny realises Ryan may had found his next date himself already she wasn't shocked at all. He is good looking, ever girl would just love that.
Both Ginny and Ryan now where challenging each other to who could get their first date first. They both made the task to compete this with each other. Whereas poor Ryan only hoped his past with Ginny.
I completely adored this marvellous, most sweetest tale. It was such a wonderful, most beautiful sexiest romantic story ever.I thoroughly enjoyed all these most wonderful characters too. Such a fabulous truly a complete winner too!!!!
* I recommend this book to everyone!!
* I can't wait to receive the next book too!!
Ginny and Ryan, who tell the book from dual perspective, are former lovers in a group of friends. Both are at points in their lives where moving on should be easy after years apart but when a bet spices things up, it’s clear that things may not be so clear cut with the attraction that still simmers between them. For fans who read the previous book, we get to catch up with the rest of the group again, the characters proving important in helping move the story and characters along. However, while it does help to follow along, it’s not compulsory to have read the previous book to read this and can therefore be read as a standalone read.
If you are looking for a light hearted read with your own cup of tea, definitely give this series a read.
