But there was much lacking in this book. My wife faults the book for having really just three characters. Lovely as they are, the three do not allow for fleshing out each of the main characters and letting us see how they grow, especially Renske (and they make such a big deal about Tru saying the name correctly but never teach us!). I was very disappointed that not only does the conflict resolve because Renske has money, her motivation for taking over a business where people have been so utterly horrid is not explained. Do I want these characters to be together? Yes. But I don't truly feel like I know them. There are seeds planted, like the fact that Renske plays viola, but they are not allowed to grow.
Another aspect of Lynn's books I appreciate are the realistic observations of workplace dynamics and the friendships both established and beginning.
I do not want to spoil things but I totally am envisioning Renske as a slightly more tomboyish Elsa from Frozen. *humming* Learning to open up to some loving ;)
Smoothly written, easily read in a night curled up with a hot cocoa and cookie, and purely delightful to romance bloom so naturally. Give it a read.
As time passes, Tru and Renske become closer through a series of dinners and dates until one special night.
There are trials and tribulations, and some difficult times to get through, as well as a growing sexual, sensual tension .
Read this really good book and see how Tru and Renske navigate the rough road on which they find themselves.

Having said the above, Galli does a good job as usual in this. Both main characters end up likeable and the love story is sweet. Not a stand-out Galli classic for me (still think 'Blessed Twice', 'Uncommon Emotions' and 'Cliched love' are her best work) but certainly nice enough...
who is a hugger and when she meets Renske well it's hilarious. There is laughter as you read this and more. Definitely recommend this.
Kudos to Lynn Galli for a great read and story .
