Great price! And the controllers will be sufficient for most needs. However it has a tendency to recognize input when you release the thumb-stick and it flicks back the other way, turning you around. In competitive smash bros play this will cause your death or ruin your combo. For most purposes this controller will do a great job and I am overall satisfied with the purchase.

I’ve purchased this controller 4 times. I have had zero problems with random budget inputs like the other people at the VA. This is by far the best game cube style controller it’s even far better than the original. The only issue I have had with this controller is that after a lot of repetitive use for smash brothers ultimate be a button begins to stick down without clicking back up fast enough. However I do think this is just because I play overly aggressive and possibly oil from my fingers damage is the controller so it probably wouldn’t be an issue for most people. Also this is the cheapest controller which is weird because it’s also the best one.

I've owned this controller now for about a month and it still works great, feels of good quality. I like how well it plays in SSBU and Cuphead. For a few other games I find it ok, but also I don't have many games. It has the home screen button and can take screenshots, it's really nice having those on a controller for this pirce that works well, also no adapter required so I just plug in the USB into the dock and can play games on my tv, the cable is 10 feet in length which has been enough for where I sit, so that's good. I would rate this controller a 4.8/5.

This controller was pretty much exactly what I wanted. A wired controller that I can plug in that feels like a GameCube controller. I guess the only difference is the plastic feels different then the perfectly smooth plastic on a GameCube but it still feels fine.

Pretty solid controller that feels really durable, my only complaint is when flicking the left toggle stick in a direction the stick tends to recoil and as it resets to its neutral position it inputs the opposite direction it was moved.

So if you flick it right it goes right and then inputs a left after the flick.

Not sure if my controller is just defective or it happens with all of them.

Primero que nada se debe aclarar que es un control alámbrico. Siempre debe estar conectada al dock o algún adaptador para funcionar con la consola. También que carece de sensor de movimiento, de HD Rumble y lector NFC. Si la carencia de estas opciones no te late entonces busca otro tipo de mando.

El envió tardo mucho menos de lo esperado y al sacar el producto de la caja afortunadamente si era el color que pedí y estaba en buenas condiciones.

El control se ve muy bien en este color. El contraste negro y amarillo me gustaron mucho. Hace que sea sutil y llamativo al mismo tiempo. El logo de Pichu está texturizado. Es como presionar un borrador de lápiz. El cable está extremadamente largo (3 metros) y de buena calidad.

El agarre es muy cómodo y ergonómico, algo curioso es que es más grande que el control de gamecube original y que el pro controller, pero no por mucho. Está bien si buscan una opción más adecuada debido al tamaño de sus manos. Perfecto para jugar Smash por horas. Y el plástico está muy bien y no muy resbaloso lo cual ayuda aún más. Un plástico similar a los controlles de gamecube edición Smash Ultimate.

Los botones están muy bien. Están funcionales, cómodos, en buenas posiciones, hacen bien su trabajo. No son de tan buena calidad como los originales de gamecube eso pero a la hora de jugar uno ni se da cuenta.
Lo que si está super genial son los gatillos ZL y ZR. Ya que como solo son un botón (y no un gatillo análogo que requiere fuerza y tiempo para detectar el click como los de gamecube o los de Power A) son extremadamente rápidos y funcionales para Smash Ultimate. Así podrás hacer parrys o lo que quieras asignarles con mucha facilidad. Eso si es lo que más me convenció para Smash.

Las palancas están bien y funcionales. Obviamente como es nuevo así se sienten, no puedo decirles con exactitud si seguirán igual después de meses de uso. Pero para primera impresión está muy bien y lisas. Y claro el octágono ayuda para hacer ataques en posiciones específicas en Smash

Y como han visto la cosa especial de este tipo de controles PDP es que el C-stick se puede cambiar por una palanca idéntica a la del lado izquierdo lo cual lo hace una decente opción para poder usarlo en otro tipo de juegos que utilizan ambos sticks. Por ejemplo para Zelda, shooters, RPGs, etc.
Las palancas se mantienen firmes en su lugar así que no se preocupen si creen que se puedan salir por accidente.

Lo que se me hizo raro es que la palanca izquierda también se puede quitar. En verdad no le veo la necesidad, pero ahí está. De hecho hasta puedes poner el C-Stick del lado izquierdo y la palanca larga del lado derecho jaja.
Lo que si es que son piezas pequeñas y fáciles de perder así que sean cuidadosos.

El d-pad es lo menos llamativo de este control. Es pequeñito. No lo probé para juegos de plataformas pero seguramente no sería muy cómodo

Para terminar quiero decir que quedé muy feliz con este producto. Soy un fanático de Smash y me gusta estar probando múltiples opciones de controles que hay en el mercado y quiero decir que ésta no me dejo para nada decepcionado.
Como este control es un regalo para un amigo que no juega muy seguido Smash está bien para ese tipo de jugadores casuales. Pero si eres un jugador veterano que juega muchas retas e incluso va a torneos yo no sabría con exactitud si este control es para ese tipo de usos tan duros. Así que eso deberán averiguarlo ustedes mismos.

Pero para la gente que le gusta jugar en su casa con familiares o entre amigos es de las mejores opciones sin duda Un control con estilo y calidad.

Elle est excellente. Les boutons répondent bien, la réactivité est au rendez-vous.
Passer des joycons à cette manette sur Mario Kart c'est le jour et la nuit. Je retrouve les sensations que j'avais dans mon adolescence avec Double Dash.

Le seul point négatif qui fait que j'enlève une étoile est la prise en main. L'arrière de la manette est assez imposant, ce qui oblige les majeurs à se situer très en dessous, obligeant à une position très inconfortable pour atteindre L et R quand on en a besoin.
Sur Mario Kart, ces boutons sont inutiles puisqu'ils jouent le rôle de ZR et ZL.

En dehors de ce point, c'est une manette excellente.

Great as an extra Switch controller, but not the best for Smash

I have been playing Smash since 1999, and I'm a huge fan of the GameCube controller. It has a great form factor, and I never understood why unique face button shapes didn't become the modern standard. What Nintendo did with the A, B, X, and Y buttons was really clever, and this layout is much better suited for Smash compared to the Pro Controller. I do think one advantage the Pro Controller has over the GameCube controller is the short travel distance of the shoulder buttons (plus having an extra one), so when I found out about this PDP controller, I thought it would be the best of both worlds. However, I'm rating it 3/5 stars because it has the following flaws:

- The biggest flaw is that the joysticks are plastic, not rubber-coated like the GameCube joysticks, so they feel very slippery and you will either have to take apart the controller and replace them, or buy some silicon caps to put over them, because slippery plastic is not good for competitive games like Smash.

- Secondly, the left joystick feels much loser than the original (larger "deadzone"), so it feels like slightly more travel distance is required for certain inputs to register. In Smash, this means you might walk/run when you meant to dash, and negatively affects the overall feel for moving around on stage, making you feel a bit sluggish.

- Lastly, the face buttons feel quite stiff. I've played about a hundred matches with this controller so far and the buttons still aren't "broken in" yet. The original GameCube controller buttons feel very nice and easy to click even before they get broken in, but with this controller, they are much harder to press.

It's not all bad, though. One major convenience of this controller that I love is that is has all the buttons that you need for Switch games, so you don't have to keep turning on a second controller all the time just to use the home button for example. There are some features missing compared to the Pro controller though: there's no rumble, amiibo reader, or motion control, but of course these are not important for every game. Overall, while it doesn't feel as great as the original, it doesn't feel all that bad either (aside from the plastic joysticks).
