Awesome Hardware--Just Make Sure It Will Work for You

This controller works great with my PC and my Google Pixel. The packaging was very nice and secure. I didn't have any trouble updating its software but from time to time I have trouble pairing it with my laptop. I think this is a quirk of the computer though (it's an older machine). With the included USB wire I have no issue.

My only real complaint is that it won't work with Steam (as far as I can figure out at the time of writing). From what I read, Steam is working on patching their launcher to accept it as an input but I couldn't use it yet. Other non-Steam applications took to it easy though.

Oh, I guess my other issue is I've grown old since I played with a D-Pad. I should have grabbed one with thumbsticks--but that's my issue.

Anyway, this controller is great. I'd just caution to double check that it will work on the applications/hardware you want to use it on.

I had my eyes on the NES30 for a while but when this SNES30 came out I went straight into "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY" mode. I have always considered the SNES pad the best ever designed for 2D games, and was looking for something to use with OpenEmu on my iMac and that was wireless. This product checked all the right boxes, and the price is a steal compared to most of the other bluetooth gamepads on the market. I had to tighten up a couple of the screws on the back (regular phillips head) upon noticing the plastic was a little loose, but thats all it needed. It's a solid little thing, very high quality, perfect amount of weight to it. The buttons feel great, I mean really great like a proper gamepad should. The instructions on how to connect to various bluetooth devices are pretty simple and easy to understand, I think some of the bad reviews concerning this are people that can't read instructions or don't understand bluetooth. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Picked up this controller yesterday and I gotta say its amazing. It replicates the feel of the original 100%. From the plastic having the exact texture to the feel of the button presses. The range is excellent along with battery life. Plugs in as a usb device with a micro usb cord that is supplied. Also has several modes from bluetooth controller to bluetooth keyboard for hard to program emulators. The first time I paired it the controller had a lag to it but that was resolved when I re-paired the device as a controller. Packaging is excellent and you can tell it is made by people that love the super nintendo.

I still haven't figured out to get a second one continually recognized after a fresh power on from the Raspberry Pi, but that is really unrelated to the functionality of the controller itself and more related to the Pi software/OS I think. These things look great, come in supreme packaging with a key chain extra. Awesome product, worth the premium price.

While it looks quite beautiful, it doesn't quite have the same feel on the D-Pad as the original. Furthermore it works poorly for games that require D-Pad combinations a la Street Fighter. It worked on one or two emulators that I tried but only after configuring it manually in their settings. It will not work at all in Steam or in Retroarch. There is very little literature online and the documentation that comes with it is equally sparse. Save your money, buy another controller.
