Charging case is great, earbuds OK

This has two main pieces, the earbuds and the charging case. I will start with the good part first: the charging case works great. It charges my phone as needed and keeps the earbuds charged. It has lights to indicate charge and it is a good size battery so I don’t have to plug it in often. It has a USB port on the side for charging, so anything with a usb cable could be charged so your type of phone will work. I have no complaints when it comes to the charging box. The earbuds have a reliable connection and are easy to pair. Their battery life is also as promised. They are capable of being used individually, so sometimes one thinks it should be on if you don’t insert them into the box at the same time. Simply remove them both and reinsert to charge both. They are easy to use and come with different size ear adapters. My complaint for the earbuds is sound quality. I have them tightly in my ears but they sound far away. I have tried all ear size adapters but it made no difference. The sound seems unbalanced with low bass. This can be improved with some balance adjustment if your device allows it.

Pros:
1) They have good quality audio which is very important especially when listening to music and talking to people on the phone.
2) Good battery life, up to 4 hours is very useful when you plan on having them in for a long period of time.
3) My favorite part is the case size/structure and the best thing about this product, I like to keep the case on me while I am on the job in my back pocket. With other cases I have used I could always feel them or become very annoying, well with this case I could hardly feel it there and never became annoying or just a pain.
Cons:
1) One of the most important things (and why I take an entire star away), the earbud size/fitting into my ear is too large and becomes quite uncomfortable quickly, if this was perfect size/shape I would have given this a 5 star.
2) Battery indicator inside the case could be better than 4 tiny lights, its not the biggest problem, but to me a very visually important and informational thing.
In conclusion these earbuds are nearly perfect with a few minor problems, the earbud size/shape being the most difficult part for me, if the size/shape was better fit for my ears It would be perfect or in this case 5 star.
