UPDATE: After I posted my original review (see below), someone from the company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement unit to try to address the one issue I raised with the Watch Charger. A few days later the replacement arrived and worked perfectly. So now I can say: Great looking product, great support and works well.
The product is one of the best looking 3-in-1 apple chargers I could find. It is nice and compact and fits and looks great on a desk or night stand. It has a solid and professional look. So I really wanted to love it. But unfortunately it does not work consistently. It seems to charge my phone OK even with the leather case I have. The same for my Air Pods Pro (although the placement is quite sensitive). But the Apple Watch charging only works sporadically./intermittently. I tried it with 3 different apple watches (a 4, 8 and ultra). All had the same issue. The watch would start charging but then randomly stop charging, make a "ding" noise, light up the apple watch display and thens start charging again. It looks like it looses the charge/contact and then restarts. It means that (a) it takes very long to complete a full charge and (b) I suspect is really bad for the battery (for 1 full charge it is like your are putting it on the charger 50 times). I even ordered a 2nd one to see if it would be different, but it was worse and it looked like I received a used/open box item that was missing a cable and the stand showed visible wear and tear. If the watch charging worked consistently I would give this 5 stars.

Great Product
I have had this 3 in 1 for about 2 months and it has been so helpful. I used to have 3 different cords all over my desk to charge everything every night. As a person who has to have everything charged every night for my job this has been so convenient. I just get home and before bed put everything in the charger before bed it is super nice not to have to plug in anything anymore just drop onto the magnets and relax. I have a different one of these for travel from a different company and I might return it because this one is way better quality. The only downside I have seen is if you have this near where you are sleeping the charging lights are a little bight when my lights are off but if I turn it away from you it is fine they also turn off when everything is charged. Nice feature is there are different lights for when each of the devices is charging.
