I haven’t had a console in quite a long time and went over to a buddy’s house where he was playing GTA V. That got me good and figured it was time to find a controller for my PC to get that old school game feel again.
This worked perfect. Looks and feels pretty much the same as an Microsoft Xbox 360 controller, and was easy plug and play with Windows 10, no install needed. Within 5 minutes I was playing through Rockstar Games app, Steam, etc, and the wireless worked great sitting on my couch in the living room. Didn’t need direct line of sight or anything, simply easy. Takes two double A’s and loads in same way as the normal controller.
The battery holder looks a little chinsy and you can tell where the knockoff styling is, but if you saw this from a few feet away it’s a dead ringer for the real thing. Can’t attest to battery life, and there isn’t a way to turn it off, but if you want a controller on a budget that includes a wireless PC receiver, this does the trick. Very happy with the purchase.
