I bought this so I could listen to things like interviews, TED talks, etc., from my phone while doing things like grocery shopping without annoying other people or carrying my phone to my ear the whole time. It's an excellent solution for that - lightweight, comfortable, clear BT connectivity, and holds a charge for quite a while. I liked it so much that I bought another one to use with my tablet for things like audiobooks and TV shows/movies.

If you're looking for a high-end headset with a transformative sound experience, this is not the device you want. OTOH, if you're looking for a utilitarian BT earbud with a very small footprint and push-button retraction, this little workhorse could be just what you're looking for!

I don't know if my product is faulty or not, but when I put the bud iny ear it goes almost completely quiet. When outside my ear, I can hear it clearly. I tried both ears, cleaned of any wax, and check it see if the bud was clogged. The product worked well at first. So I'm not sure exactly what happened. The design is perfect for what I need, but when the bud malfunctions it's completely unless.

**Edit. They replaced the unit free of charge and the new one has worked flawlessly.

I have only had this item 6 months. I purchased it in July. I did not use it often, but now in my current job I found myself using it more frequently. Yesterday after pulling it out to use it a couple of times, the protective tubing around the wires came off. Today, Some of the wires came out and it no longer works. I imagine that if I had used it more often, it would have broken before now. This is the second one I have had and the second time something has gone wrong. It works when it works. This is a product I do not recommend.

I bought this for my son who does security. He has to walk around outside quite a bit and needed something non descript to talk on the phone and listen to music with. The biggest complaint, if you could call it that, is that when worn on the inside of his jacket the material rubs on the microphone. He says it has really good battery life and decent sound.

I didn’t expect much but wow I love this little headset. I’m quite choosy about audio - but I lost my AirPods & needed an affordable replacement. I saw this gizmo and it checked the boxes. It had numerous favorable reviews, it was inexpensive and was a single ear headset so I could still hear around me, meaning I could drive & take my business calls. Anyhow I’m using it as my primary headset. I fully expected to use it for a bit and then buy new AirPods. No need to fork out the $150+ since I’m so satisfied with this little gem. One thing I don’t like. I often mistake the button that is the auto rewind with the volume up. I’m better now since I’ve used it a lot.
