Cool design: Check
Fits my hand well: Check
Battery Life... not so much... at first
For the first couple of weeks it was pretty great. It worked well, the scroll wheel was comfortable, worked in both Windows and Linux machines, no complaints. The problem was after a while I noticed the time between battery recharges was getting shorter and shorter, until now... well, let's just say I'm not using it to write this review. As I type this it's over on my other desk, connected to a USB cable, recharging for its next 5 minutes of use before another recharge.
If it were heavier it would make a fantastic paperweight. I gave it a second star in acknowledgement of its cool look, but I'd rather have an ugly mouse with a battery that has some life.
*Edit: The vendor worked with me and as it turns out, in order to charge this mouse you have to have the power switch to 'on.' That struck me as highly unusual but it works. So far the mouse has been much better so I've improved my rating to acknowledge this ans the help from the vendor.

My favorite thing about this mouse is the silent clicker and the biohazard sign on it. It matches my resident evil themed build pretty well. It was interesting getting use to. You get a couple dpi modes but no real indicator for which dpi mode your in except for watching how fast the mouse moves on the screen. I tried my favorite game, Dirty Bomb to test this. I am use to a higher dpi setting then this mouse offers. I tend to use higher dpi settings for fps games anyways so my opinion only really applies to games I guess. Anyways, because of the lower dpi - even though I maxed it on this mouse - I'm not gonna mess with my sensitivity settings in games/windows because I also use a wired mouse and i'd rather have my software configured for that one instead. This wireless mouse felt really smooth in combat and because of the smoothness combined with its lower dpi settings, aiming in intense situations was actually really comfortable. I felt like I had more control when fine tuning my crosshair on tiny heads in the distance. In fact I like this mouse so much I may exclusively use this for shooters. it doesn't snap and jerk around like my higher dpi mouse.
I love the silent click. My wired mouse clicks super loud. I never noticed until I was trying to use my laptop on the couch with my family while they were watching a movie. They told me my mouse was annoying because of its loud clicking. So I appreciate this silent clicker. I do find myself pressing it a little harder at times because I can't hear it but I'm still getting use to it.
Here is some things I don't like:
I wish it had higher dpi settings, like one more up^
I wish the lights could be controlled more. My other mouse has lights that are color controlled based on what dpi mode your in.
I wish it was weighted. I like a heavy mouse. I may add some weights to this.

The wheel on it is for show. I cannot go up and down my screen without using my keyboard. The wheel is not connected to anything. It just spins like a toy. What a waste. I just put it in the box and threw it on the shelf. A useless mouse. Wish I could give it Zero Stars, cause it is useless. It would be ice if I could get a refund, but it is more of a headache. All show and no go is what that logo was made for: This mouse.

Edit: They sent a replacement and it works great! Guess I just got a faulty one the first time.
After an hour of trying to get this mouse to work on my computer I did get it working, however, the movement is constantly stuttering and often will just stop moving entirely unless I click the DPI button which lets it move shortly again. It won't connect to the front usb's and I've noticed with other mice that the back usb's have stuttering issues so that may be the issue. If I figure out what's wrong my rating will definitely change. For now it's all for looks.

So, it's tech suppose to fail for no reason? This mouse is the living (now dead) proof of that.
True, it was inexpensive, so what? It worked flawlessly and now it doesn't.
I treat my electronics with respect and give my geeky hart to them and that's how they acknowledge my effort?
I'm hurt and heartbroken.

I was hesitant to get a recharable mouse because I was afraid I would always be plugged in and basically have a wired mouse that this mouse. I have had it for I believe a month and a half and have charged it twice and the kicker is it has been on the whole time I never remember to turn it off so that is amazing. As for functionality it is smooth and responsive actually way better than my old Microsoft mouse I was using previously. I usually hate using an external mouse on my laptop I just use the track pad now I use this one non stop.

I received the replacement very quickly. The customer service is amazing. They work very fast and seems to really care about my issue and experience with their product. They often checked up on me about the mouse. I am very impressed.
As for the mouse, the replacement is working most of the time. Sometimes, the mouse get very laggy, stop responding while using and takes a long time to respond after I stopped moving it for a second, which could be pretty frustrated to use. I think it is good for it price. But, will I buy it again? I don't think so.

I have received the mouse on December 1st. I have used it for just a few days (December 6th), then the light started to work on and off. A few days after that , the cursor stopped working. I have requested a replacement from VEGCOO. Will update this review once the new one is working properly.
