Can't believe how great this is.

We have been having a lot of break ins and mischief around our neighborhood lately. I didn't want to spend a lot of money getting a security system installed, nor did I want anything that required a monthly fee, contract and all that non sense. So I set out looking for a little wifi camera I could put in the window by my front door just to monitor who is at the door, etc. I saw this camera and decided to give it a try strictly based on price. It was a company I never heard of and honestly for that reason I did not have high hopes. The camera came in very well packaged. . . . the directions were well written and extremely easy to follow. One of the first things you have to do is download the company's phone app and create an account. When downloading the App, in iTunes it had a 2 star rating. . . . so at this point I was getting a little skeptical. Downloading the app and creating an account was a breeze. The next thing was connecting the camera to your wifi. . . . again, piece of cake. Everything went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I opened the app, and started using the camera and was blown away. I had no idea when I bought this that it would work this well. You can open the app and look at the camera view at anytime you want. You can also control the camera from your phone, and pretty much move it 360. It has motion sensor which you can turn on or off (with the app), so that if someone walks in front of the camera you will get an alert. You can take pictures and record video using the app. The videos do not save as raw files on your phone, but you can go to a website and download them for free. The quality is excellent. It is 720p vs. full 1080p, but still really good. I attached a sample video I took just so you have an idea of the quality. I like it so much that I am getting reading to order a second on for my back yard. Honestly I wish I had bought this camera 4 years ago, because it would have been great for a kids bedroom, to watch them sleeping or see what they are doing. . . and it has two way audio so I could have said "hey it is time to quit playing around and go to bed". Regarding the app, I am going to go rate it 5 stars. I don't understand why it had so many negative reviews on iTunes, I think it is simple to use and works great. This is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. . . . $65.99 at least it gives me a little piece of mind regarding house security. You can take pictures and record video using the app. and The quality is excellent.You can record to your phone in SD card or a network storage location. Built-in motion detection recording and notifications are easy to configure. It is very well made and feels very sturdy. It even comes with a mount to attach it to a wall or anywhere you want.I need to buy another 3 more same cameras putting on the places where I need. And add those three in the application, I can monitor 4 screens at the same time.overall this is great choice for my house security.

Easy setup with Ethernet, afterward wifi connection will work perfectly.
Rotating 360 degrees and up&down adjusting make you can see everything around the camera with no blind spot or dead corner.
The app works great, all you have to do is to scan to download and setup.
The 720P HD will display very clearly.
The mic and speaker from phone to the camera and reversely sounds clearly, definitely no noise at all.
Night vision is working great too!
Something always eat my leaves from my grape in my backyard during the night, I will be capable to take care of that now.
I especially like the mode with taking pictures and you can record the videos under surveillance with micro SD card, simple and efficient!

Excellent wireless security camera. I purchased it because my husband wanna watch his baby girl whenever he wants. It's really convenient for him to see his daughter on the phone when he is at work. Moreover, he can also talk with her daughter using the app and the funniest thing is that my baby girl starts looking for her daddy when she heard his voice. My husband so appreciated it that he has recommended it to all his workmates. Great product and great price.

l purchased this to keep an eye on my puppy when I'm working or away from the house. It was incredibly easy to set up and works very nicely. I like that it takes a quick video and saves it when there is movement on the camera, and that it notifies me via my phone if there is activity. I tested it in the dark and it is really impressive! You could use this at night and it would work just as nicely. did try to use it as a surveillance through the window to the outside of the house and during the day it's great! But at night the lights on the camera itself shine onto the glass and all I get is a reflection from the window rather than a picture of outside. But all in all, you can't beat this little gadget for the price!

Works great after you figure out the bar code thing. This camera does not configure by plugging into a desk top. You must first install the app MIPC in a phone or tablet. Push the button on the back of the camera. Then you must scan, with the app, the bar code block on the bottom of the camera. The bar codes in the book does not seem to work. Then insert your username and password with the help of the app. The app will also ask you to add your modem's WEP key.
To monitor the camera from another device you only need the app, user name, and password.
It's a nice camera, to bad the directions are so poor. I took one star off because of poor directions and no there is no help on the web. They should have more complete directions on the web with screen shots.

I was looking for a baby camera for my daughter's playroom and bought this based on good reviews and cheaper price from stores. This is actually very good quality and I like it has two way audios that I can watch my daughter from my phone while I am cooking in kitchen and ask if she want some juices. I have not tried night vision, but the video quality at daytime is so clear. No lag from watching from both my phone and my hubby's phone. ( I am using an IPhone 7 and my hubby is using Galaxy S7). I think I will order two more for my daughter's bedroom and the living room as security cameras. Anyway, I would recommend any parents who are looking for monitors for kids like me.

Great image quality and easy setup. Follow the included instructions and it's a snap. There is a little video lag between the device and the app, which may be alleviated by using the included Ethernet cable. The notifications work great. I only wish there was a motion-only record feature. That would help save memory and also help locate footage much easier. For the price; this is an amazing camera for indoor surveillance.

First security camera I have, worry about how to set-up, but it doesn't really take too long. Picture quality is so good, 720p. I am so surprised how good it works on night, pictures as good as like daytime in both light and dim night. Ready to get the other one for my back door. Highly recommend this!
